Before working at Onpoint I spent 8 years working as Cabin Crew for long haul airline, then unfortunately the pandemic hit an I was made redundant.
This is my first time working in logistics, it has been a massive eye opener.
On a day to day basis, I complete the administration for new jobs, liaising with customers as required to ensure the highest level of client care. Due to the growth of Onpoint and the increased numbers of jobs daily across the globe, it is a fast paced role, but it’s a challenge that I really enjoy.
The Course was hard, when I initially decided to complete it I hadn’t been working in transport long so it was all very new to me, Not only was I learning the basics of Road haulage, sea freight and air freight I was also deciphering the new laws around getting goods in and out of the U.K, Onpoint has a massive future ahead of its self and I think it is amazing that it invests in its staff to progress.
I intend to continue learning from my experiences here at Onpoint and use this to help me progress my career within the business.

I took on the customs for our Palletforce team January 1st 2021 due to the Brexit changes and continued to develop within this area, Onpoint offered this course to further this and I really enjoyed learning this topic to an advanced level and I look forward to putting it into action.
Continue the customs front and build more logistics knowledge, Onpoint gives me the chance to keep learning in different aspects and areas of the company to grow within the company with them.
